What is Grief Movement?
Grief Movement is the movement of grief and wellness through the physical and emotional body in mindful, meditative practice.
Each person is unique with their own needs, as is each meditation. Meditation, as with other therapeutic modalities, supports the body and mind to provide care and healing support.
Individual sessions are built specifically to the needs of the person. Group meditation classes consist of specific meditations offered in a group environment, tailored to a meditation topic. All classes are taught in a safe and supportive environment encouraging whole-body calm and wellness.
